3岁女孩3根手指被摇摇车齿轮绞断，造成十级伤残。

年9月·泉州

8岁男孩被摇摇车车身和底座夹住胸背部身亡。警方以涉嫌过失致人死亡罪，将两名摇摇车经营者刑拘。

年10月·福建

男孩倒在摇摇车旁的地上，经抢救无效死亡。经司法鉴定，摇摇车没接地线，导致孩子触电死亡。

即使是合格的摇摇车，

因为商家不注意定期维护保养，

也会存在很多隐患。

甚至于

“摇摇车”并没有监管部门！

“摇摇车”的潜在危险噪声高达80分贝，或造成孩子听力永久损伤！

在嘈杂的街道和超市门口，为了让摇摇车的声音更引人注意，声音都会非常巨大，长期接触这样的声音环境，会对孩子造成不可逆转的听力伤害。

卫生状况堪忧，易患传染病！

别看摇摇车看起来干净，但实则暗藏病菌。大部分的摇摇车在投入使用后从不擦拭、消毒，家长又任由孩子的小手在摇摇车上到处抓摸，在传染病的高发时节，极易给孩子的健康带来隐患。

多为三无产品，质量无保障！

市场上的摇摇车，几乎都是三无产品，在摇摇车上也找不到QS标志。很多摇摇车已经锈迹斑斑，多数配件已经损坏。如出事故，难以追责。
