近日，省加速推进新型工业化工作领导小组办公室公布上半年全省规模工业增加值排名前50位园区增速情况。

沅江市高新技术产业园区规模工业增加值同比增长17.5%，增速居全省第一。

今年，沅江市高新区紧紧围绕“三年百亿园区及财税倍增目标”，扎实推进园区各项工作，园区经济保持较好发展势头。

园区重点产业、企业发展势头较旺

1至6月，中联重科、飞涛机械、中涛机械、从众机械等20家规模以上机械制造产业复苏回暖，实现产值22.29亿元，同比增长46.20%；

20家规模以上纺织服装企业订单充足，发展势头强劲；

9家规模以上食品加工产业稳中有进，实现产值9.75亿元，同比增长29.11%；

园区骨干企业产销两旺，辣妹子食品、新马制衣上缴税收过0万元，华兴玻璃、恒瑞管桩、鑫海股份上缴税收过万元。

重点项目推进较快

目前，服装产业城三期项目取得较大进展，标准化厂房及食堂、综合楼正按计划推进。

已签约各类纺织服装企业98家，入园投产71家；

食品产业园建筑设计成果已经出来，预计9月上旬完成SPV组建并实施16万平方米标准厂房建设；

专用汽车园项目已完成土地报批资料并已上报省国土资源厅；

瑞丰市场项目已完成征地拆迁，正全力推进三通一平工作；

玉潭学校建设项目已完成土地拆迁和场平任务；

鑫海项目进入全面拆迁阶段。

园区要素保障有力，帮扶企业有效

融资方面，浦发村镇银行万元贷款已到位，8亿元的食品产业园PPP项目融资和10亿元的政府发债融资工作稳步推进；

帮助企业解决用工难题，为服装企业招聘员工余人；

搭建校企合作桥梁，支持广州衣酷文化与职业中专、四通学校联合，开设服装、电商专业班，为服装产业园输送合格人才；

促成银企合作，帮助燕南飞服饰等4家小微企业进入“助保贷”笼子，搭建融资平台；

推进“腾笼换鸟”，支持兴农机械成功收购中合机械，盘活土地资源，促进企业发展。
